The start of the new 2020-2021 school year has been postponed for 14 September, due to the situation with COVID-19 in the country.
This was made known after the Education Minister Rame Likaj meeting, along with the SBASK, the IKSF and representatives of the MSH.
On the other hand, SBASK Chairman Nundman Jashari has expressed concern over the situation created on the plan for the start of the new school year, since the country is in pandemic time.
” We both during August, even at meetings with Prime Minister Hoti and Minister Likaj, with representatives of parents, we have said publicly that we will engage ourselves to mobilise students for a good school year”.
” Praising the high value of schools for learning, students and educators ) given a not quite easy experience from March for online learning”.
Why have conditions not yet been created for regular instruction to begin?
” We have such an organisational network, which in each municipal-level educational institution has closely conveyed every movement to educational institutions”.
