As a substitute for the physical presence of students, online instruction is expected to be ongoing, followed by Periscope.
The issue of the resumption of the new teaching semester has been quite challenging for other neighboring countries as well.

Today, with the deputy prime ministers, we discussed with Minister Likaj and his associates about the start of the school year. Minister Likaj, with field experts as well as in consultation with municipalities, the SBASK, the Parents' Council and other actors, is finalising options for organising the lesson from September 1st.
The municipalities and school directors will have clear instructions on how to organize instruction depending on the conditions they have in their schools.
MOnline access will always be active.
Action protocols are under way as to what measures should be taken in any situation presented.
An information campaign will be undertaken for students and educators for the safeguards they must implement.
The teachers are being trained for online instruction, and it's working to have a backup list of teachers who can be engaged as needed.
The education inspection will be in support of schools to instruct for measures to be taken but also to oversee the implementation of those measures.
