President Thaci thanks Trump for 50 respirators donated to Kosovo

Thaci has written on Twitter that together with the US, Kosovo will come stronger.

“Welcome to President Donald Trump and the US government for the generous donation of 50 respirators to Kosovo, in addition to $1.6m of previous aid in the fight against David-19. Together we're gonna get stronger”, Thaci wrote.

The U.S. Embassy through a media communique has announced that the US Agency for International Development (USAID) has donated Kosovo 50 completely young respirators and the most contemporary to help in its fight against COVID-19.

The Embassy communiqué reportedly presents the realisation of President Trump's generous offer in support of Kosovo.

“This donation presents the realisation of President Trump's generous supply supply bid and supports Kosovo in an urgent response to pandemic. Respirators of brand “Vitaire”, produced in the United States, reflect the latest technology for which there is great demand. They are compact and will enable Kosovo higher flexibility in treating patients affected by the virus. This vital device can be attested to as a savior for patients whose lungs do not function properly despite the fact that oxygen” is said in communique.
