Kosovo Assembly MPs have voted in second reading the Law on Prevention and Combating Pandemi-19 on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
After five months of nomination, this law received the majority of votes from elected people.
After Passing Law to Anti - CO VID, the adviser to chief mailman Osmani, Artan Murati, has written that all those who do not wear masks and do not maintain social distance will be punished for 35 euros.
“ - CO VID, not wearing a mask and not keeping a distance is punishable by 35 euros. Police have full legal authorization for action”, Murati writes on Facebook.
Also, Kosovo Assembly deputy from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Haxhi Avdyli, commends Mayor Osmani for proposing this law.
On the other hand, the MP indicated that under the new law any person who does not wear the mask is sentenced to 35 euros. While one who does not respect the ban will be sentenced to 200 euros. And whoever does not respect isolation will be sentenced to 500 euros.
