Moldova has refused to organise the match on its territory for not recognising Kosovo. Moldovans claim that even the fight in which Kosovo is local is played on neutral ground. But such a possibility has ruled out the Kosovo Football Federation.
With the match in Parma begins Kosovo's presentation at the second edition of the UEFA League of Nations. Unlike the first edition in which he competed in the D (lowest level), Kosovo will now compete in the C League. Um...

Moldova has started preparations for the match against Kosovo, though several weeks remain. On Tuesday, Moldova's selector, Engin Firat, has published the wide list for the two September games. The Tribe has invited 28 players.
Half of them play outside Moldova. Eleven of them play Moldovan teams, while three players are currently without a team.
