Kosovars complain about Albania's Police: Only those with RKS license plates are being fined.

The situation with the choreography has caused Kosovars to have Albania the only alternative to spend summer holidays.

However, Kosovo citizens are complaining that on the Albanian coast, police are condemning them in selective form.

A citizen wrote in “Joq Albania”, that in Shengin, at the same parking site, the cars are punished with license plates “RKS”, rather than Albania's license plates.

The police only punish Kosovars while those with Albanian signs, even though they don't get fined” in the same country, wrote this citizen.
