Ava has discovered the unuttered.
Ava Max has spoken Albanian in her first interview with Albanian media, with the moderator of the new “”, Arjola Shehu.
The celebrated US singer spoke of her Albanian roots and the origin of their parents, the father from Qeparo and mother from Saranda.
She indicated she never visited Albania, and this year she was planning to come, but the pandemic did not allow it.
Thank you. I'm so excited to come to Albania. I'd come this year, but with the virus situation, we're not allowed to travel anywhere. But next year certainly. I want to come around a lot and have a lot of families there waiting for” . Ava also showed her strong attachment to her grandmother and remembered her favorite dishes:
I've had a very strong relationship with all my grandparents. Grandma, who lived with me, moved her life in 2011, she was from Qeparo. I was bored when she passed away. When my parents came to America, they did not know language, they had no money, and they were really trying to make ends meet. So I really spent a lot of time with my grandmother” said among other things Ava.
The singer, whose name is Amanda Koci, asked the moderator if she had anything to do with the other singer who bears her last name, Greta Koci.
She also spoke of the long-awaited co-operation with Id Lip, Bebe Reghe and Rita Ora, and said there must be a joint song of type “Lady Marmalade”. Ava said she hasn't spoken to Duane yet, but she is eager to see him.
