Attack the Insender portal: Act of Ardian Alaj, arrest warrant for Florim Alaj

The attack on the research medium Insander has already taken a legal course. Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has filed charges against Ardian Alaj and has been searching for his boss, Florim Alay, for three serious criminal acts.

Ardian Alaj, accused by the prosecution of illegally taking over Online Journal Inseyder, property of Vehbi Cateazit and Parim Olur. They did this by aiming at robbing 350,000 euros.

Ardian Alaj is under house arrest, while Florim Alaj is on the run after refusing to co-operate with justice.

According to the prosecution's body, Ardian Alaj, in co-operation with suspect Florim Alaj, have entered without authorization into the Online Journal Insander computer system from April 20th to August 7th 2020.

This indictment had preceded the launch of investigations against Ardian and Florim Alaj on 29 May and Ardian Alaj's arrest by Kosovo Police on 17 June.

On June 22nd, five days after the arrest, Ardian Alaj has been assigned home arrest measures by the Pristina Foundation Court. This measure toward him continues to be in force.
