Banderas, who is best known for his roles in Désperadodo and the Mack of Zorro, announced his diagnosis in social media.
The actor found that he was spending his day in quarantine and said that he was experiencing symptoms of fatigue.
Banderas assured the fans he's trying to make a complete recovery in the near future.
It is not clear where Madrid's original actor received the coronavirus but, translated from Spanish, his post read: I feel relatively well, just a little bit more tired than usual.
