87 per cent of Kosovars against dialogue with Serbia without American presence

The Institute for Confirmation of Interethnic Relations (IAMN) has published a research concerning Kosovo- Serbia, where 13 per cent of those interviewed are for dialogue launched in Brussels, while another 87 per cent oppose talks with the Serbian side without American presence. “Must specify and underline that in research made by IAMN [...]
“Must be accessed and underlined that in the research done by IAMN from June 20th to July 25th of this year, in 1001 Albanian residents, 87% of them think that Kosovo should not dialogue with Serbia at all without the American presence. 13% think dialogue should continue in Brussels”, says the Institute for Affirmation of Interethnic Relations
IAMN finds that this process resumed after 20 months of suspension is under very unfavourable circumstances for Kosovo.
According to this research, the current government chief does not represent more than 50 Kosovo Parliament deputies, as Hoti's platform neither supports List Srpska nor, in some cases, Ramush Haradinaj's Party.
Our <x0m>Hulum shows that Prime Minister Hoti does not represent the thought and political decision of the Serb Lists, which means that de facto Avdullah Hoti does not represent the simple parliamentary majority, but represents just the opinion of most of the 50 deputies of the Kosovo Parliament, once again (remember the AAK leader's statements) not even 40 deputies”, it says.
It recommends that the president of state gather all parties to build a national consensus to have a creditor dialogue process.
Mr. Hot is prime minister, but he is not a party leader and it's not really up to him to call” meetings. Political forum” to create political unity! It is quite necessary for the president of the country to take this initiative that even though in a situation what is needed to show determination under these circumstances to demonstrate national unity”, the findings say.
