PSD spokeswoman Nature Kuci has criticised the Hoti government for the mode of managing Pandemia.
Kuci says the current government, just like the past, is failing to face COVID-19.
The country's “citizens are subject conscious and not vilified beings. Instead of threatening, stigmatizing and condemning through unconstitutional measures, we need an information campaign. A new communication dynamic is vital. Should be shown the way and the importance of preventing disease” writes Kuci on Facebook.

Sensability and solidarity, not fear of stigmatisation
The current government, just like the past, is failing to face COVID-19. Even for the same reason. Decisions are a response to public opinion, earlier SEsa professional-sciential design on fighting COVIDD-19. The pressure to open found the Ministry of Health delivered.
The possibility of opening did not come because we triumphed over the virus, but because after a while we're getting to know it. So the way forward is to apply these recognitions to adapting life to a better option of treatment, or prevention, medicine or vaccine. But far different from that, and irresponsiblely, Zemaj has chosen the arrogance of stigmatisation.
Shutting down and stopping economic activity is self-defense, not fighting the virus. This action, the epidemiological crisis, is making it economic and social. The further you are in society, the more you are exposed to the virus and its consequences.
The closure, such as the case with children's gardens, affects most employed women. Because biologicality has also been integrated as a social role, women and employees are not freed from the role of care, as a primary role. Hence, in a house of two employed parents, the pressure to stay at home and care for the children falls on the woman.
The current government cannot replace the lack of systematic work with severe and frightening responses. The government must increase logistical capacities and mobilise human resources to cope with the serious situation we are in.
The citizens of the country are conscious subjects and not submissive beings. Instead of threatening, stigmatizing and condemning through unconstitutional measures, we need an information campaign. A new communication dynamic is vital. It should be shown the way and the importance of preventing the disease.
Kosovo should seek help from abroad to increase testing capacities. This includes providing the largest number of tests, human resources infection, epidemiologists, and microbiologists, and other diagnostic devices.
Kosovo's government must begin mass serological testing as soon as possible, so that the epidemiological situation becomes known. After that, the action company may be more adequate.
International protocols say more sensitive categories
COVID-19 is persons over 70 years of age, people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, respiratory, cardiovascular disease, cancer and chemotherapy, and obesity. This forces us, and responsible institutions should think of special treatment of these categories.
Instead of violent state restrictions, social distance from people, for each other. An organized, conscious society is the achievement of freedom. Our call to citizens for caution and solidarity.
