Kosovo Women Network ( S. The GK had reacted three days earlier to the murder of a husband in Kamenica's wife, demanding that institutions carry out their work responsibly.
But this reaction has been called hibernation, late (after two and a half days) and in line with the system on the part of the PSD Teuta Rrust, Periscope follows.
Mrs. Rrusta has requested a radical and left-wing feminist discurs on access to these problems our society is facing.
It has declared that this network enjoys a vast area that it is not using to denounce domestic violence and other phenomena.

Poor Network
On July 10, 2020, a woman in Kamenica was killed by her husband. Even a woman was killed, as long as we kept getting to know her, after her death, her life. And that's it. But what is unacceptable more than social silence is the silence of organized groups. Kosovo Women Network ( S. The GK, which has 141 organisations in its organisation, did not want to use this facility for mobilizing the case Saturday in Kamenica.
Who does she react to?That's enough. For Vjosa Osmani, the Speaker of the Parliament, they did not even pass 24th to protect him from the LDK MP's attack, while for the woman from Kamenica whose husband killed her and whose case the Network had been aware of problems since 2017, it took two and a half days to write a communique. A communique without anger, without revolt, ordinary, repeated, with only 19 lines and a language without critical edge.
The power that the Network carries, in such cases, is demographic for other women who at one point have been inspired by some activity of their own. The need is to intervene in the family on one side and in economic and financial order on the other. But that can't be expected anymore with the same approach.
This network silence reminded us that in our country there is a lack of ideological criticism and radical method in action over gender issues. The network must also submit to criticism. The vast space they possess makes them responsible for the emptiness created - an underrepresentation of women in society.
The long-term network functions within the institutional framework, in terms of the type of engagement, helping and initiating legal ascetics, and this has been necessary and important. But putting emphasis on the legal aspect of the judicial system, before that economic and social, is the discurs leading right. Kosovo is a country with most women being economically disfellowshipped and oppressed culturally. Equality, nor gender, is achieved only through demand for punishment, punishment, police. These are necessary, but they cannot be the pillar on which we are organized as societies. These structural-like problems call for a left and radical feminist discurs. Or else, every year, we'll keep counting how many women were killed by men.
Either way, the hibernation of these days is disappointing.

RGK seeks uncommprom justice for killing woman by husband in Kamenica
July 27, 2020
Kosovo Women Network ( S. The GK has been deeply concerned with the news of the murder that occurred two days ago in the village of Beryvojca of the Kamenica municipality, where a man about 42 years old with N.M. initials killed his 34-year-old wife with metal rod.
Through this reaction, RGK appealed to the institutions of justice, respectively, the Constitutional Court of Gjilan that is handling the case, to be careful to increase in handling this case, and to have the right hand to receive due sentence, as provided by law for the carrying out of the criminal act “severe murder”, a work sanctioned with the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
Given the findings of research carried out by RGK, it has often been noted that judges, prosecutors, and police officials, as well as dealing with domestic violence, tend to blame the victim, even when all evidence testify to violence with serious physical and emotional consequences. Thus, RGK will closely monitor this case to ensure that justice is served.
For any failure, we will seek responsibility from institutions for the inefficiency and impunity of women's killers. We will exert public pressure if they do not take appropriate legal steps.
In search of justice, RGK will take action in the coming days, for which media will be announced over time.
