Former Prime Minister Albin Kurti said good actions during his rule are challenging Hoti Government by rewarding the brothers of ministers with degrees of ambassadors.
When the Republic of Kosovo is in its lowest international position since its declaration of independence, irregular decisions and actions are only burdening the situation by affecting the potential of the MPJD and the foreign service of the Republic”.
“We envisioned the auditing of diplomatic degrees, while the stupid government in co-ordination with the president is rewarding the brothers of the ambassador's rank ministers; while we were implementing a professional process of diplomatic rotation, the stupid government overlaps the mandates of the children of ministers and PDK figures; we were establishing order within the ministry, the stupid government with transfers and rock bars brings people to the top position of the MPJD; we are creating space for career diplomats, the government is now turning the illegal party into an illegal partnership.
Kurti says that “under the pattern of the old regime, the clientlist appointment price was paid not rarely with personal shopping lobbies -- from the president's book to the project for territorial markets with Serbia. Foreign service should be loyal to the Republic and national interests. Each foreign service official “borge” has nobody else's homeland of”.
According to Kurti, the foreign service should be composed of disciplined and highly prepared diplomats, with broad knowledge and deep culture working for the protection and progress of the country's interests, rather than converting to family service that spends the state budget on the personal welfare of party members and government family members.
The external service is not an educational and health service for government members. The new elections enable the return of these to their family bay in Kosovo”.
