National Council of Social Democrat Initiative Chairman Jakup Krasniqi has sent an open letter to AAKA Chairman Ramush Haradinaj after the departure of Deputy Initiative Haxhi Shala to the AAK.

Krasniqi has said he had written this letter in 2018 when Haradinaj was prime minister, but had not published the same at the request of President Fatmir Limaj.

Krasniqi also says he now feels obliged to publish the letter after recent political developments.

Former Parliament Speaker Jakup Krasniqi has said further that Ramush Haradinaj's move on the case of Haxhi Shala's transition to the AAK is not the move of the traditional Albanian.

Haxhi Shala days ago has said Fatmir Limaj and Jakup Krasniqi have usurped the Social Democrat Initiative, part of which it was late.

Jakup Krasniqi's full letter:

The letter was written in the first part of 2018. The events discussed in it confirm this. Since we were in the coalition, I did not publish it at the request of the two leaders of the Social Democrat NISMI (head of Secretary General). Your actions, as well as politics, forced me to publish it without consulting anyone. I'm very sorry, even very sorry that I didn't publish this at the right time, but it's better late than ever!

The last political developments forced me to publicize it now. Your move. It's not the action of the traditional Albanian!

HOUSE LAST KEYMINISTRY COSOVA RAMUSH HARADININH

By Jakup Krasniqi

Mr. Prime Minister,

I know and respect your contribution and the Haradinaj family to the freedom and independence of the Republic of Kosovo. I appreciate everything you've done for Kosovo and you've done a lot as a family. Even Kosovo hasn't given you a little during these years, maybe you've got a lot without it. Now Kosovo demands your quick decision. The decision to give a quick solution to our country and nation. Don't mess with Erdogan! He too has problems within his country.

Kosovo has been in a political and institutional crisis for years, but the crisis has been deepened by the insidious attempt of December 2021 2017, to undo the JS, made willing to clean up KLA? The crisis continues in the new year 2018, especially after the Djuric case, who saw no legal procedure left the country with police cars. Before long, the case repeated an even greater scandal. According to all odds, the first case to see many patriotics, which were made to cover the biggest state scandal with Turkish citizens, who without any legal procedure were handed over to a power with numerous elements of uncertainty about their lives. You should know that the lives of those who were kidnapped and then banished are at risk, and this has been known in advance, anyone who has given an order for an anti-religious and extremely harmful act for the country and the nation, you can not easily be possessed. Some things you should have thought! Because you haven't entered a territory completely unknown and untested.

I want to believe you weren't aware, but you're Prime Minister, you have the most powerful executive power in the country and you have responsibility, so it's very hard to escape responsibility. The power to guarantee the Constitution. I'm one of the founders of the Social Democrat NISM. My party has been in the coalition with your party before the elections, we have given you our word when we agreed to go to the coalition with the PDK (in very urgent circumstances), we are in the government, and it morally forces us not to seek a motion for distrust, but thus does not govern the country when the other plays rocks in the chess game that you should lead. In such a position, your chess game is lost, as you want it, the boss of AKI, police and i RUSSIA's. You know well that you don't direct the cited segments even though they're dependent on you. This position in government, I don't think you didn't know. The opposition doesn't have the numbers to drop by no-confidence motion. You are in that condition, as it is said in heaven or on earth. The country must not remain in such a position, the path of choice is in your hands. Pick it up! Help the solution, the sooner the better.

In such a chaotic situation, I'm not going to go to the elections, because, in my opinion, in such a situation, the problem is not with the government, but the problem is with the head of the country, which even if elections were held, is where it is and its ceremonial position is not enough. He is memoping Milosevic, as the centre of the world in Serbia and the Yugoslav Federation was where he was. And the continuation of this same situation even after possible elections is quite possible, so in those segments, big and quick changes are needed. The place in such a situation has to go another way. The next road is the technical government consisting of all Albanian parliamentary parties. A one-year technical government, which should initially reduce the government cabinet, to no more than 15 ministries and as many deputy ministers, should prepare an electoral reform that approaches fair, free and democratic elections, establishing a national consensus, reforming the justice and AKI system and then going to the polls. It is time for all political parties together to interrupt any form of quota in the country's governance. Political parties must also agree that only people who have evidence to love their state, free, independent, sovereign and democratic will come to diplomacy. MJ and diplomacy also require deep reform. If it goes on long enough with this logic installed in state institutions and NP, bankruptcy is at the door.

If politics agrees on these things, then it won't be important which party will lead the country. If we fail to do these things, interventions from all sides will be inevitable. I am convinced that even senior Social Democrat NISM officials will make their contribution. Although what I'm saying is my personal opinion is counseling for you and politics in general. It is in the hands of you and Kosovo's policy which path you will pursue, the one coming out of the crisis or the deepening crisis. The country needs rational thinking and bold actions for the state.

If I were you, from today I would be engaged night and day to reach this agreement among the parties represented in the Assembly, or most of them. I'd be happy if you took that wise, honest advice seriously. The country demands a technical prime minister of a high responsibility, who trusts everyone and loves the nation and the state without deceit. I believe that such a man can be found, but only if politics has the will for access and for solutions. Are virtuous people doing this for the nation of state? What do you think? For the state or for the pocket?

However, our country's position in these geopolics, with all national security, urgently requires such an agreement. Although with the head of our country, choosing the road I'm proposing is not easy!

P. S.

What I'm going to say next is not just for you, but for all those who view the political party as private property, not as ideological political parties with decision-making bodies.

In 2004 or 2005, at a seminar in Slovenia, an American professor wrote us a sentence (which may have been A. Einstein's which said: “those who create problems cannot solve them”. (It may also be preframas.) After how many years I'm persuading myself to its accuracy and underlining:

Those who during the years of independence brought about this reality, created these loud and balloon-nist institutions, have no single chance of changing this sad and bitter state. The Creator of this reality cannot change the situation he created, not for a mandate, but for 50 years if they remain in power? And for what I'm saying, I didn't feel well either. Kosovo needs virtuous people, educated with Skenderbegian virtue, to change and develop our country.
