The Hoti government today rejected the quarantine option, not even the Pristina municipality where there are 508 cases with COVID -19

669 people have been confirmed potisiv in Pristina, since the COVID-19 pandemic show in Kosovo.

508 people are still facing the coronary, 158 have managed to win the battle with this virus, and 3 have died as a result of infection.

And for cities that have more active cases, Prime Minister Hoti also warned of the extent of isolation.

But this, according to Pristina Health Director Bujar Gashi, is currently not necessary.

We currently have infected citizens in about 30 city blocks. We are not for quarantine and extreme measures. However, we do not make decisions on our own and respect any decision or measure that the Government is making”, Gashi has told the Express.

Gashi also told about the state of patients who are lying at the QKUK Infectious Clinic.

“are about 12 persons from Pristina lying in infection. Their health is good, we are in constant contact with them”, Gashi said.

Meanwhile, in an answer to the Express, the Health Ministry said Tuesday there is no decision to quarantine any area or municipality so far.

There's no quarantine decision in any area. If it were to come to such a decision, the public would be notified through the government, the S.A. Areas where there are more infection grounds and more active cases would potentially be more candidates, but we are repeating so far there is no decision on such a move”, officials from the Health Ministry have declared.

Meanwhile, the total number of people infected with COVID-19 in Kosovo has gone to 2878.

Of these, 1577 people have been cured, and yet 51 people who, according to I have died. There have been other associated diseases.

Active corruption cases in Kosovo are 1250.

The Kosovo government today has approved 28 measures to combat the Coronavirus.

Health Minister Amend Zemaj has said there will be closures of offices where there are positive cases and contact persons will be lonely for 14 days.

“The contacts of infected persons to veto for 14 days and rigorously respect IKSHPK protection measures”, Zemaj said.

He said that with the aim of preventing corruption, reduction of employees in administration has become solely essential.
