Health Director in the Pristina municipality Bujar Gashi has said it is alarming and disturbing the rapid and continued growth of new cases with COVID-19 throughout Kosovo, and especially in Pristina, where there are 1,209 active cases.
Gashi through a Facebook post has indicated that from March 20th to today in Pristina, 1963 cases with COVID-19 have been confirmed, of which 1209 cases are still active.
There are also 732 cases healed and officially confirmed 22 cases that have ended with fatality.
“Keeping the mask is one of the three main rules and safeguard clauses for preventing the spread of the virus and making the situation worse. All of us have a duty to guard ourselves and all around us, and to be conscious. Because only together can we overcome this challenge! Keep wearing your masks, disinfect your hands and keep your distance of”, Gashi wrote.
