Berisha: Special invitation to Thaci, illegal and unlogical

Besnik Berisha says the idea of inviting Thaci is completely illegal and unlogical in the procedural way.

So said Berisha in Debatplus, Periscope:

The “ide of this invitation would be completely illegal and irrational in the procedural way but the prosecutor's bag was not ordered by the Court to fulfill the case, to fulfill Mr. Thaci's right to respond with his right.

From what I know, Mr. Thaci has never been given a chance to face his charge, and that violates the principle of justice in the Code of Criminal Procedure that specialised rooms work with.

Mr Thaci for the first time, formally will be offered a statement in which he will sign in the quality of the suspect person but does not rule out the possibility that has been tried earlier, but for different circumstances his presence” has not been secured, he said./ P ERISCOPI/
