Otherwise, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, the Department for Criminal Crimes, has demanded from the Constitutional Court in Pristina, detention for persons with mental disorders, a request for the pronunciation of the provision of compulsory psychiatric treatment for the person with the M.R. initials, after allegedly performing criminal work “heavy murder”, by Article 173 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
