Numerous allegations have been in recent days as far as the Champions League finals, which at the start of the season are scheduled to take place in Istanbul.
Days around are the names of Lisbon, Frankfurt or Madrid as potential destinations to host the final of Europe's most important event for clubs, following the chaotic situation due to the Coronavirus pandemic. But apparently, Istanbul has not given up on its desire to hold the finals of the Champions League of this edition, and Turkey's sports minister, Mehmet Kasapoglu, has confirmed that, at a time UEFA had started looking at options.

The Champions final was initially scheduled to play on May 30th at Istanbul's <x0) Olympic Stadium, and the European football government will finally decide for the stadium, which will host the most important event at the Executive Committee meeting on 17 June and 18 June.
