In the Parliament's speaker, Hoti said it would soon start implementation, but that there is still no specific date.
“The 5.5m-euro components are separated from the budget envisioned as subsidies for former political persecutors. I don't know exactly why it's happened until today, but the tools are separate, and they have to bring in lists that verify people”.
