Hoti says no one can be named guilty without the court's final ruling, so he has invited citizens to show peace.

The government of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as all citizens of Kosovo, has been announced today through a press release, that the Special Prosecutor's Office has deposited an indictment with the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaci and the president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Mr. Kadri Wessel.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo considers that no one can be named guilty without the court's final decision.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo invites all citizens to show peace.
The government believes the war of the people of Kosovo and the Kosovo Liberation Army was fair and liberation, and, as such, will remain as one of the most important periods in the country's history.
