Green is responding to the New York Times for writing about Kosovo: A lot of mistakes, we missed a quick deal.

US President Donald Trump's special emissary on the issue of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Richard Green, has reacted to The New York Times through a tweet. The New York Times had a scripture saying that the White House was planning to wait [...]
The New York Times had a scripture saying the White House was planning to host the president of Serbia and Kosovo on Saturday. The Kosovo leader was then charged with war crimes.
“The US extends the summit for peace in the Balkans, strikes Trump's foreign policy”, titled the article of the New York daily, about the meeting between Kosovo and Serbia, which was scheduled for 27 June in Washington.
An initiative mediated by America to stabilise the Balkans, which President Donald Trump's administration hoped would give shine to its foreign policy credentials in an election year, has been postponed on Thursday, after one of the key participants -- Kosovo President Hashim Thaci -- was warned of a war crimes indictment, writes The New York Times, Thursday.
Until Green answered saying there are many mistakes about this case, and that's not funny because the reporter never talked to him.
Grenelli also explained that the approach of dialogue has always to do with economics and that it has never been approved in a quick profit.
A lot of mistakes about this matter. I'm not surprised... the reporter never talked to me. Our aim always involved jobs and economies. We never believed this would be a quick victory (a completely wrong and unequivocally wrong media alternative), Grenelli wrote.

Ambassador Green also said he talked to German and French security to coordinate this economic approach. On the other hand, Greenell mentioned that the exchange of territories has never been discussed.
<x0) I spoke directly with the National Security Council of Germany and France to coordinate our limited approach (only for politics). The exchange of territories has never been discussed before me. We will not engage in political approach between Kosovo and Serbia. We're going to coordinate with anyone responsible”, Grenelli wrote.
