Kuci says attacks on Roma, Egyptian and Ashkali citizens by Decani municipality officials clearly show that these citizens face systematic and cultural racism that directly violates their freedom to live a dignified and well-being life as any citizen of the Republic of Kosovo.

Paradoxically, when we want to hold a discussion about the inclusion of our citizens in society, we spread our prejudice even more openly only because of our skin color. The Decani municipality must immediately take punitive steps against its official and take measures to stop such scandalous statements from taking place. Egyptian, Roma and Ashkali citizens are citizens of Kosovo and are guaranteed by the Constitution to be an integral part of our society.
