According to the World Football House, the movement is designed to avoid any worry over players without commitment.
FIFA has also announced that it will allow national federations to open transitional deadlines for the 2020\2021 edition before the current edition is completed.
FIFA through regulation changes wants to enable teams to complete the edition with current compositions, even when the edition has been continued from May to June July. This has happened in many European countries, Reuters reports.
