So has made known about Online Economy, Kosovo Customs spokesman Adriatic Stavileci. Of those 20 trucks, Stavileci has said it was mostly with food goods, which have transported goods from Serbia to Kosovo.
“Procedures even now in the past are common to Customs, which are developed during the importation of various products or goods, until today we have seen the introduction of more than 20 trains from Serbia with Serbia's goods, which are in the processing procedures”, Stavileci said.
The customs procedure is the same, because it is before the customs code, until other measures undertaken by the Government of Kosovo have changed somewhat, but, however, I still have to tell them that unconstitutional appointments are still not allowed”.
We don't have any behind us because during the first and second phase reciprocity application, we've seen that there's been a lot of companies that have turned in documents as required by Government decisions”, he said.
While exporting towards Serbia, Stavileci said there are 3 manuments and that there have been no reported problems.
He adds that everything can be expected from the Serbian side, while he says they change politics overnight.
“Dogana is an unpolitical institution and we don't have that kind of problem. We extend our authority to the technical customs field. Customs denied”.
There is a possibility that it's an approach to taxing these products but it should always match the section of documentation with the actual piece of goods, but it's not a big problem that can't be solved”, he said.
The Kosovo authorities' decision on reciprocity was made on April 1st of this year, replacing the measure with a 100 per cent tax on Serbian goods, which the government imposed last November 2018.
