Through a reaction to the twitter, Kostett has said they have agreed together with the head of the Kosovo executive that quick actions should be taken regarding reports with Serbia.
At my first meeting with Prime Minister Hoti today, we agreed on the importance of quick actions in terms of reports with Serbia, continued fighting corruption, and the recovery of the economy after CODVID-19”, Kostett said.

The prime minister's media office has also announced the meeting.
According to the announcement it was said that during this meeting, Prime Minister Hoti thanked Ambassador Costet for the US's permanent support of our country, as well as affirmed the Kosovo Government's determination to work closely with the US and in the future.
Also, Prime Minister Hoti announced Ambassador Costet's immediate priorities for the new government, such as the fight against COVID-19 and economic recovery. In addition, he highlighted other priorities, such as strengthening the state, advancing democracy, fighting corruption, increasing employment, developing free market and taking responsibility for dialogue.
Ambassador Kosnett said the United States will continue its support for Kosovo, especially in efforts to improve regional relations, support economic development and strengthen rule of law, including the fight against corruption.
