The AAK MP and once invited by Special Court, Time Kadriy in a conversation about Periscope, has said this act is an unfair one being done to all KLA soldiers.
Kadrijaj says the Special Court is acting unilaterally as it stresses that such a court would have to be established in Serbia.
For me, it is a highly outrageously unjust decision, and the injustices being brought to KLA soldiers because Kosovo has fought a fair war of liberation and the inter-member factor, and this court is political because it is judging unilateral crimes that are supposed to have been committed by Albanians, and such a court is required to rise to Serbia because no one has yet been convicted. Over 20 thousand women raped during the war no one has been convicted, not for hundreds of massacres in Kosovo, are still well over 1600 undiscovered. )
On the other hand, the MP says that with this high-ranking criminal indictment, he is being equated with the deliverer.
Right now the criminal is being equated with the deliverer, and once again, it's unacceptable injustice because the KLA has fought fair liberation wars.
