Blerim Latifi has told of a reading of a text by former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, who reports that when he told a friend that he was working for a book on fascism, he had thought that she was referring to “Moda” (fasion).
In this form, Latifi takes the opportunity to show that Lekaj's case is not isolated but a global phenomenon, Periscope follows.
