Veliu, through a post in Facebook, has said that “friendship, loyalty and bilateral co-operation between the United States and Kosovo results in concrete” actions and projects.
In his Facebook post, Mr. Veliu has received over a thousand favors.
“Friendship, loyalty and bilateral co-operation between the United States and Kosovo, the product of the Western Euro-Atlantic vision, results in concrete actions and projects. Yesterday the MCC has unblocked over $200m fund once the Government of Kosovo removed obstacles to continuing dialogue”He wrote Veliu.
The Kosovo government on Saturday voted to abolish the reciprocity move against Serbia, which was decided by the government last April 1st.
The US Government Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has welcomed the abolition of reciprocity against Serbia and has announced the resumption of implementation of economic development programmes in Kosovo.
Through a media communique, The MCC said it welcomes continued partnership with the Government of Kosovo.
