Members of this forum have an internal mechanism of the Venice Commission that offers services to member states and their courts, to which experiences from various states have not been asked by the Court on Constitutional Constitutional No. 24/20th of President Thaci, who makes Democratic League Proposal (LDK), Avdullah Hoti, mandated for forming the new government, however, that this party is not the winner of the last elections, writes KOHA.
The Constitution had asked whether we should go to the polls after a no-confidence motion against the government, and could the Parliament form a new parliamentary majority, out of elections.
A source of the paper in Constitutional said Tuesday that the first answers have arrived.
