The incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has handed over to the Constitutional Court today, response on behalf of the Government in terms of applying for the provisional move to President No. 24/2020, 30.04.2020.
The government backed the MPs' request for the provisional move and praised the Court's decision to approve their request for the suspension of the president's decree, because the forgers have submitted a motion which is the accepted faciety prima, and is substantially justified over claims pertaining to constitutional provisions precisely in the motion.
The government considers that the provisional measure is in public interest and also serves justice administration. However, it is necessary to remember that this suspension does not elaborate on the final decision of the Court. So it's extremely important not to get excited, to stay focused on our goal of managing the best possible situation with the COVID-19 pandemic.
