President Thaci reacts to 200-page VV) at Constitutional Court

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has responded to the Vetevendosje Movement at the Constitutional Court. Thaci has sent 200 pages against Prime Minister Albin Kurti's party subject to him, following the decree he had announced to mandate Avdullah Hoti of the Democratic League of Kosovo for the country's new prime minister.
Following his arguments, Thaci has demanded that VVA's request for the abolition of Thaci's “decree is declared unacceptable, because it is incompatible with the matter with the Constitution”.
Thaci has argued he has acted within the framework of his competencies, and that he has acted fully according to the standards set out at the Constitutional Court Act, in the July 1st, 2014 case, using his discretion.
