Kurti adviser threatens Constitutional Court with disaster if it fails to decide in favour of VV

Elvis Hoxha, the prime minister's adviser in office, has made a very problematic and controversial status in his Facebook profile, where he clearly threatens the Constitutional Court, which is expected these days to come up with the verdict on President Thaci's decree. Hoxha from Albania to this status has originally attacked President Hashim [...] politically.

Hoxha from Albania in this status has originally politically attacked President Hashim Thaci and LDK Chairman Isa Mustafen, saying that “here have no future in politics” and that for this reason they are supporting each other.

Furthermore, he has said that these two “have brought the Constitutional Court to a deadlock by giving it to solve a clicking order where everything concerning the constitutional order for this situation is quite clear in the Constitution. ”

Such a sentence, of course, prejudges the Constitutional Court's verdict but also the impartial work of this institution, writes Periscope.

But, to further bring the pressure and threat, he takes care of the last sentence in which he says the “both (Thaci-Mustafa) are trying to attract institutions to their personal catastrophe. ”

This clearly implies that if the Constitutional Court decides that in the Republic of Kosovo it does not belong solely to the first exclusive right to forming the government, then it would be politically attacked on the part of this party.

You don't know what kind of business the Government is dealing with.

Full status:

According to the Constitution, the president was entitled not to delay the distribution of the Parliament, following the no-confidence motion. Exactly after the no-confidence motion, Article 82 points 2, where there is no discussion of the House vote to disseminate itself. The Assembly has voted successfully government distrust. MPs as well as those who urged them to do so should have thought of it earlier.

People understand the president. It's pandemic time, so they can't make choices right away. So it can be expected, as long as the government is considered in resignation -- the incumbent government -- it can perform all functions until the elections. The example of delay: Haradinaj's government that had collapsed following her prime minister's resignation remained until elections, even though we were not in a state of pandemic. We don't know why the President is in such a hurry if not in exchange for territories.

The president does not understand the Constitution, so he requires another mandate from the first force. So you confuse the post-election situation when there is no government, with that post-motion against the government. We cannot understand the president at this point.

To that end, in the president's help for the motion, as in his announcement of the state of emergency, as in his election, President Isa Mustafa came. The latter has things in common with the President. He is not chosen by the people, and he turns people away from the right to choice. He says the issue belongs to the Assembly, not to the citizens.

Both the president and the LDK chairman make another effort together. They reduce the regulatory capacity of the Constitution by removing one article, Article 82. Both take advantage of the pandemic to carry out their games. Both know they no longer have any future in politics unless they support each other. Both have blinded the Constitutional Court by giving it to resolve a clicking mess where everything concerning the constitutional order for this situation is quite clear in the Constitution.

Both are trying to attract institutions to their personal catastrophe.
