Kurti said 90 per cent of energy was dedicated to pandemic, but Albulen Haxhiu says he stopped crime and corruption

Acting Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has said that with concept the document on unwarranted property has banned crime and corruption, Online Economy reports.

Haxhiu during her work presentation as minister has indicated that during the time of pandemic, about 350 cases of domestic violence have been reported.

“We have drafted the document concept for unwarranted wealth and consider that the legal package has enabled crime and corruption to be fought. As well as the team to ease crimes in Kosovo. There have also been positive developments with states that have not recognised Kosovo's independence. We have addressed many issues involving domestic violence and are co-ordinating mechanisms, and during this time we have had close to 350 domestic violence cases that have been reported”, she said.

E Albin Kurti, during his 100-day government work speech, said all the energy of this government has been dedicated to fighting pandemic with Coronanvirus, while they have not been able to affect other issues in essence.

Imagine if we did not have these obstacles, we would fight crime and corruption, Kurti said. /Periscopi/
