A month ago, the executive director of the Kosovo Energy Corporation. News Thaci, has been dismissed by the new board of this company.
The interim board dismisss Thaci without becoming 24 hours after the appointment by the Kosovo government, or MPTNIS Ministry, Roseta Hajdari.
This dismissal was immediately commented as legal violations, as neither the basic elements of the law were respected, where it is envisioned to assess the company's performance and a set of other assessments before the dismissal decision is made.
Taking on this, dismissed, Njazi Thaci has filed complaints at the Labour Inspectorate.
This institution has already made the decision, giving the complaint side the right and finds that dismissal has been made contrary to the law.
The decision obliges the Board to annul that decision and return it to the position of Najazi Thaci on duty, reports Infocus newspaper.
