The large English team has long been interested in the Kosovo star, but their bid has been very low for Fenerbahcen.
According to the English and Turkish media, Spurs have offered only fivem euros, or 1.5 million more than Fenerbahce prisrenas bought last summer.

The giant from Istanbul immediately rejected the offer, as he hopes to earn more than 20m euros for the sale of Muriq.
On the other hand, Fenerbahce leaders have started talks with two other teams on the sale of Muriqi.
It is about West Bromwich Albion that is on the right track to return to the Premier League, with Croatian coach Slaven Bilic personally contacting Muriqi to convince him to join him in England.

Meanwhile, the second team Fener has started negotiations with is Lazio from Serie A.
Igli Tare has received consent from the player's agent, but now he has to convince Fenerbahces leaders.
The Turkish club is going through a financial crisis and hopes that an offer of around 20m euros will come up for the sale of Muriqi, money that would ease the Fenerbahces crisis.
