Of the ten clubs that have applied, nine have been licensed, with Flamurtari as the only case left out, writes Periscopi.
And the head of this club, Imer Ademi, reacted quickly by pointing to the guilt finger from the Pristina municipality, which he claimed did not carry out the stadium property tax payment since 2004, as well as the fact that the club has been asked to have its own stadium.
The reason for non-licance is the area, since each club has been asked to have its own stadium. Flamurtar Stadium is not owned by the club, but by the Pristina municipality. Another problem is property tax. Since 2004 no taxes have been paid and 60 thousand euros in debt have been made. We haven't been offered any help to the Communists since we asked. The stadium is theirs, and the solution must be made. Earlier in a year, it was a tax of 10,000 euros, and it is already 1,000 and 500 euros. We can't afford to make these payments. There's no other reason for non-licence”, said Imer for Voice.

However, Periscopi has contacted Kosovo Football Federation official Bajram Shala, who has said that the reason for non-licence has nothing to do with what Imer has said.
Asked by Periscope which criteria failed to meet the Flamurtari for license, Shala said:
“has not dropped documentation for some of the financial criteria. ”
The editorial has then asked whether one of these criteria is the stadium and does not pay taxes on property, as the club's chairman from Pristina said, receiving this answer from Shala:
This is not one of the financial criteria. They lacked the auditing and tax check. ”
So the reason for non-licension has nothing to do with the stadium, Redaksia insists.
“
Otherwise, Flamurtari's campaign is fighting for survival until it ranks 8th with 28 points collected after 22 laps. /Periscope. com/
