K ESCO digitizes communication with each consumer

Within the implementation of KESCO's visit, the system has been launched IVR of communication. This allows our consumers access to important information concerning electricity services, only by calling in the number of KESCO free of charge 8000- 791 00 where they will be able to communicate with the voice copyrighted through telephone commands.

The IVR system of KESCO is easy to use, appropriate and saves the precious time of our consumers: by printing their identification number, callers can access a lot of information, including payment obligations, eventual energy interactions, planned maintenance, such as status or consumer off. But many other services are offered through this friendly system. If a customer needs to speak to one of our operators at the Call Center, and if at the moment all our agents are busy calling, the system is busy. The IVR tells callers that one of our agents will call him as soon as he's released, saving his time.

Moreover, on system I V R, KESCO has included an emergency line #1999. This line is dedicated only for emergency purposes (such as fire, accidents etc) and consumers are obliged to use this line only to report issues involving risking lives and require immediate intervention by emergency teams. Unurgent calls will not be processed by this line and consumers will be re-elected to the Call Center in the number 0800 791 00, so we beg our consumers to respect this important procedure so that the emergency line is constantly free for emergency callers.

Our new IVR system is the last example of KESCO's pledge to be 24/7 in service of consumers with the utmost dedication, to improve the quality of our services and to increase consumer satisfaction.
