Baraliu: Citation of Serbia's Constitution by VV relativises Kosovo state, excuses are banal

Kosovo analyst living and acting in the United States, who is known for his pro-Pristina Movement stance, Bleron Baraliu, has reacted sharply after the party leading Kurti has cited Serbia's Constitution in the complaint he sent to Constitutional for President Hashim Thaci's decree.
