The complaint was made by 28 women national players last year against the American Football Federation (USSF), Periscopi broadcast.
They were looking for $66 million in damages, calling for the same-ass Pague Act.
Molly Levinson, the player's spokeswoman, has said they plan to appeal this decision.
“We are shocked and disappointed,” she said. “We will not surrender to our work for equal wages.
We believe in our right and we are meant to make sure that women are not paid less just because of gender.” /Periscope. com/
