In the document that has provided Klan Kosova, among other things writes that the international community's successes that have been achieved for 20 years in Kosovo, “can be tarnished because of short-term diplomatic goals, such as from Kosovo, Serbia, and perhaps the United States all in your name”.
“We are writing to show a serious concern to the foreign policy of the United States in terms of Kosovo-Serbia relations. As you know, freedom and construction of states in the Balkans has been a successful commitment of the United States with considerable investment from you, the European Union and NATO for the past 20 years. However, these achievements can be tarnished because of short-term diplomacy goals, both from Kosovo, Serbia and perhaps from the United States all in your name”.

At the end of the document, this coalition has also listed several recommendations that it considers should be taken into account during talks on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
We must not rush
We must first address the latest attempt to take over the power of the Government of Kosovo before we proceed with any negotiations with Serbia.
No agreement should include exchange of territories or territories with special status
Economic rewards must be part of any peace agreement
There must be no amnesty for those who committed unimaginable crimes
Freedom of commerce and freedom of movement
Increase in United States presence and NATO military troops in the region would be welcome
water supply for Kosovo must not be prevented
All religious institutions within Kosovo, of any belief, must have transparency for all funds collected and declare through public accounts
Kosovo, Serbia must get considerable plan for long-term investment from United States
Kosovo and Serbia must integrate into the body of the European Union if both sides meet the conditions. In this respect, Serbia must stop all attempts at attracting recognitions of Kosovo's independence and preventing membership in international organisations.
Any peace agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia should be guaranteed by the United States Security Council, the European Union, NATO, but only after receiving broad consent in both states.
