Mazlum Bajraktari of Rahoveci, former KLA member, and post-war Kosovo police member, her elite unit, through a post on his Facebook profile, has reacted against how easily the state of Kosovo has accepted the donation by tests from Serbia, the reporter writes.
He has said that even if he managed to find healing in Serbia, he would refuse it.
