The country's president, Hashim Thaci, has recalled the Drenica Rezalla massacre, saying it was the worst massacre committed by the Serbian police and army against the Albanian population in April 1999.
Through a Facebook post, Thaci has said that even in this massacre of the Serbian state against the unarmed civilian population, there were mainly men, indicating the obvious nature of mass crimes against humanity, which, he said, none of their officers and executioners were brought to justice.

One of the heavy massacres committed by the Serbian police and army against the Albanian population in April 1999 was Rezala's. Even in this typical massacre of the Serbian state against the unarmed civilian population, the men mainly suffered, indicating the obvious nature of mass crimes against humanity, for which none of their officers and executioners were brought to justice.
Robbies, burns, violations, murders, massacres and mass deportations were open forms of the Serbian state genocide -- a project that was implemented throughout Kosovo in 1998-1999. Kosovo will never forget the blood of freedom martyrs. HTH
