PDK's Headship member, MP Abelard Tahiri, has said it is very disturbing that official Belgrade has introduced northern Mitrovica and Zvecanin into quarantine, while saying the dismissed Prime Minister Albin Kirti is silent.
Tahiri has written on his Facebook page that the dismissed Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, clearly seems no problem in violating the sovereignty being committed to Kosovo from Serbia;
Abelard Tahiri's full statement:
News that the two Kosovo municipalities -- Northern Mitrovica and Zvecan -- have been quarantined, as well as about 200 citizens in five municipalities have been forced to isolate themselves, on Belgrade's orders, due to our pandemic, is a serious concern for our state.
The dismissed prime minister, Albin Kurti, clearly seems to have no problem in violating the sovereignty being committed to Kosovo from Serbia, but is preoccupied and obsessed with himself and his party.
But he needs to turn his attention to the real problems ahead of him and take urgent measures, send the representatives of our institutions, whether to safety or to health, to the north any citizens in that part need. Presence of Kosovo institutions is necessary there.
If Albin Kurti only spent half of his energy on charges against others in the relationship with Serbia, while in opposition, put it into operation now, the situation on the ground would be different. But this is his next hypocrisy.
