Avni Bytyci, spokesman for the Democratic Party of Kosovo, has reacted sharply to the outgoing prime minister's recent video message, Albin Kurti, who spoke of the possibility of bloodshed in northern Kosovo.
Bytyci has described Kurt's statements as his insinuate in the same manner as Mitrovica Mayor Agim Bahtiri, who had warned bloodshed a few days earlier.
