A citizen today has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina due to the recent decision made on the bordering city movement in only 90 minutes during the day.

Councilman Alban Krasniqi with residence in Pristina says government decisions are contrary to the law.

He says he should not allow children to live with a state where he says, with hundreds of legal officials unable to draft a legal and constitutional decision.

His post:

I served my civic, professional and moral duty as a lawyer!

Against Idwar:
Government of the Republic of Kosovo /
Ministry of Health, address on Street. Zagreb No. 60, 10,000, Pristina, Republic of Kosovo

Decisions that conflicted with the law, and likely even with the Constitution today, have been indicted at the Constitutional Court in Pristina just hours after their “entry into force”.

We should not allow our children to live with a country where hundreds of legal officials are unable to draft a legal and constitutional decision.

It is up to drafters now to testify to the following violations to the court:
1. shortcomings related to mandatory structure and content of decisions;
2. The general act is unsigned and is unknown to whom it is addressed because some part of the decisions are left empty;
3. shortcomings related to non-publishing decisions as general acts (in Official Gazette);
4. shortcomings related to lack of signing and signing date;
5. Flaws related to legal advice;

With the indictment, there has been a demand to assess the constitutionality of the Law on Prevention and Combating infectious diseases. That is why it gives the regular judiciary an opportunity to assess whether there are doubts about constitutionality and is intended to send it to the Constitutional Court for assessment.

Due to emergency, lenda was prepared faster than usual. The next few days by necessity can be detailed more demand for constitutional control.

Pristina,
15,04,2020
Alban Krasniqi
