The court has estimated that if the defendant is at large, the same will prevent the course of the criminal procedure by affecting the damage to her N.P. mother.
There is also the danger that the defendant could repeat or perform other criminal acts, where the court had ordered him a warrant for protection against the N.P. side, so detention is an adequate measure for the unhindered development in this criminal case.
The side has a right to complaint against that decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
