Zeka at “Debat Plus” with Ermal Pandur at RTV Dukaagjini has said that the handover of the mandate from the president may not happen unless the latter is again ill by the kidneys.
“Albin Kurti is unlikely to bring the mandate, as there must be 61 MPs. Isa Mustafa made the government after having the AAK, NISMA, AKR and minority”, he said, sends in Telegrafi.
The former Kosovo Assembly President has said that, according to 95% of the odds, Isa Mustafa will be prime minister.
Zeka says that even from the past it happened that without two years of observation to MPs it was not recognised the stage.
“This is one reason why the president will not announce new elections”, Milaim Zeka said, among other things.
