New measures come into force today, apply to all municipalities

From April 15th to April (August 6th), with the aim of protecting the lives of residents in municipalities in the Republic of Kosovo with separate decisions, new driving measures take effect.
Decisions are specifically made for endangered municipalities and quarantined municipalities. These measures are aimed at “preventing, fighting and eliminating the infectious COVID-19”.
These decisions come into effect from April 15, 0600.
Decisions allow the circulation of subjects over the age of 16, for only one and a half hours a day, according to scheduled weekly schedules, according to the previous figure of their personal number. For foreign citizens, however, the same decision applies to the latest number of passports.
To address the needs of economic operators or relevant institutions, free circulation is available to economic operators and the front institutions, free transport of goods and services to ensure the functioning of the supply chain ʹ as a process involving operations from the first subject to production, processing and service to the transport of products, distribution and sale to the latest consumer, free circulation for institutions only to carry out the official tasks on the attached list at Annex 2 and 3 of these decisions. To circulate according to pre-price conditions, statements-confirming by ATK system are needed EVE.
Decisions also cite the possibilities of movement regarding the sick, disabled, victims of domestic violence, and cases of death.
Money decisions include financial sanctions for administrative wrongdoing for physical and legal persons.
These measures are worth May 4th, 2020.
Depending on the results, the decisions will be reviewed no later than April 30th, 2020, in consultation with the IKSC.
