Lorik Cana: Indicating the most special moments in the National

Former Albanian National Captain Lorik Cana joined the “Zen-x1> show in Supersport, via a direct link from Rome, where he is currently staying isolated because of the spread of the choreography.

How are you spending these days in solitary confinement, since you are in Rome and Italy is among the most affected?
Of course we're standing inside and we've minimized the moves. I'm using these days to spend more time with my family and to deal with my son more. I have also had enough time to stay in touch with family, relatives, and a friendly circle. I have also helped my son much to get as much exercise as he is of an age where energy consumption is necessary.

Did you train yourself?
Kind of less. I've been out of football for four years, and only in the first year did I add 14 kilos, which I still have in my body, no matter what activity I do.

Your famous football father, you too. Do you believe that your son will walk in these steps too?
Father has made a brilliant career, becoming well - known in Kosovo and Albania, while I too received the impetus and inspiration to engage in soccer. I would like my son to have a career in this sport, but it's still too early to see if he has information or a tendency to do something else.

Did you regret playing very little in Europe because of the red card?
Of course he did, but that was true. I'm sorry, because we made very good presentations, except for the first 15 minutes against Switzerland, where we had an excessive emotion that we couldn't manage. I would love to play against France too, since the match was scheduled for Marseille, a special city for me. Before the match with Romania, I spoke to the players and told them that it could be my last fight with the Nationals, but also the last one in the career, so they all gave their best in the field and, luckily, we managed to win a victory.

After Tares at Lazio, can we also see Cana as the leader of Marseille?
You never know, because that's a position I have in mind when I think about the future. I stay engaged in football and my future will be there, so I don't want to rule anything out right now.

A few days ago, you received some bitter news, a separation from the life of the president of Marseilles...
I felt really sorry for having a family friend. He was friends with my father and friend, so we had constant communication. He had recently expressed his desire to have me in his leadership group, but it was not meant to come true.

Are you still an idea for just one national?
Of course I do. I think long and I look away, so I say with confidence that we don't have to have two nationals when we're one nation. Not only I, but most Albanians think only one national and that red is doing well to represent the Albanian nation.

Tell us your three special moments in the Albanian National...
I fixed on 2002, when I held a brother with Kosovo, the match in Switzerland, where I also debuted in the second half with red fans, as well as the match with Armenia, where we provided the qualifications for the European Championship.

What has been the most talented Albanian player you've had the luck of playing?
I've had the luck of playing with a generation of very talented football players and it's hard for me to pick just one, but if I have to say one name, I choose Ervin Skela.
